Call for First 100 Submissions [Fiction & Non-Fiction]

Submissions are now OPEN at Ankara Press! (Note: Open call closes after the first 100 submissions!)

We publish bold, commercial fiction and narrative non-fiction by Black writers from across Africa, the Caribbean, UK and Europe, African America and the wider Black world.

We are actively looking for romance, thriller, crime, women’s fiction, mystery, horror, speculative fiction (including fantasy and sci-fi), and accessible, reader-focused non-fiction. Range matters to us.

In this window, we will read the first 100 completed manuscripts so each one can receive the time and serious editorial attention it deserves as we build our list with intention.
