The Language of Love

Here’s the final lineup you’ve been expecting! Tomorrow, at “The Language of Love,” Mayowa Fagbure (@mayowafagbure), Glory Duruem (@gloryadaduruem), Angel Nduka-Nwosu (@asangelwassayin), and one-time Angels and Muse resident Akumbu Uche will share beautiful and stirring poetry speaking to the different facets of love. Meanwhile, Damilade Omoniyi (@thedemimikayla) will regale us with a moving book reading. Expect warmth, laughter, and the full kaleidoscope of emotions that make us human.

We also encourage you to come ready with poetry, a song, moving words, whatever your preferred mode of expression is, as there will be an open mic session during which the floor will be opened to members of the audience.

“The Language of Love” is free to attend, but spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
